Our fine wire, with narrow dimensional variance, flawless surface finish and excellent consistency of physical and mechanical properties throughout each batch as well as from lot to lot provides higher yield, shorter cycle times, reduced tool wear, good cold formability and reduced machine setup time. This all leads to a true cost reduction and superior performance for our customers.

Copper, brass, tin bronzes, nickel silver, as well as high conductive and special alloys are available. All are ISO 9001 Certified.

Round, flat- ribbon, square, fine wire, serrated, grooved and special and custom shapes are available.

 Surface

 

Coated or Bare. Electro-plated, 100% Tin (Sn), Tin-Lead (Sn/Pb), Silver , Gold, and Nickel. All with or without Ni and/or Cu flash under-layer.  Always a bright finish.

* New *  ecological friendly lead-free coating (SnCu1) as an alternative to SnPb coating.

 		 Fine wire is used in many industries including, automotive, telecommunications, medical technology, civil engineering, industrial electronics, aerospace and aviation transportation and information technology.
