We have been supplying precision drawn tubing for more than 40 years and have been continuously improving our production capabilities and steadily expanding our product line of specialized alloys. In engineering the highest degree of consistency both from lot-to-lot and throughout each individual production lot, our tubing enables both true cost reductions and superior performance for our customers.
Alloy Families	We furnish brass, copper, stainless steel, aluminum, phosphor bronze and nickel silver.
Shapes	We manufacture tubing shapes that are round, oval, square, brush holder, rectangular, hexagonal, bourdon, and triangular shapes. We produce a wide dimensional range!
Production	We offer redrawn tubing from extruded seamless or welded redraw stock. Our conversion processes include bell annealing, drawing bright annealing, eddy-current checking, straightening and cutting plus many secondary operations such as de-burring, plating, threading, cold forming, flaring, bending, swaging, beading, and sub-assembly.
Applications	Applications of precision during tubing include high quality products such as pens, parts of pens, mechanical pencils, television antennas, antennas for automobiles, portable radios, electric motor brush holder tubing, instrument parts, clocks, watches, manometers, toys, umbrellas, radiators, pressure gauges and eyelets or rivets.
We supply tubing on-time, made exactly to your specifications.
